Travel Gluten Free Podcast S05 Episode 5 How to Be Gluten Free with Gluten Free Bebe   Melinda Arcara, AKA Gluten Free Bebe, is the youngest of ten children. Her father nicknamed her Bebe since she was the littlest of the bunch. The first forty years of her life were filled with unexplained symptoms, including migraines, stomach pains, anemia, infertility, anxiety, weight fluctuations, joint pain, sinus pain, bladder infections. In 2009 she was finally diagnosed with gluten intolerance, and over the last 10 years, she was told she shouldn't be tested for Celiac disease because she wasn't eating gluten.    When she was diagnosed with gluten-intolerance, she was told to "Google" the topic and figure it out. Ten years ago, there wasn't much out there as far as gluten-free information or products, and not many restaurants prepared food safely. Last year, after six months of nutritional deficiency symptoms, she was tested for Celiac with a positive result. Having a Celiac diagnosis is a blessing, as she finally ha
