Her first memories of baking gluten-free were at Thanksgiving. She remembers throwing out many of the first editions of her converted holiday recipes and learning step-by-step by baking in her college dorm to create delicious gluten-free baked goods that her gluten-eating friends absolutely loved! She got the nickname “Rylie Cakes” from bringing her delicious baked cookies and cupcakes to college gatherings. “I started to reach a point where I would hear from other people that aren’t gluten-free ‘Wow, this is really good!’. That’s when I knew I was getting somewhere!” In college, Rylie decided to take up training in the culinary arts.
