Welcome to the July 2024 Vancouver Real Estate Market update! This month we have consistency in the listing environment with record high inventory numbers staying consistent. Sales this past month are consistent on the softer side of things. Buyers for the most part oil this (still) high interest rate environment are rightfully hesitant to purchase unless they have to. Time is on their side and inventory levels are elevated & climbing... Story of the week this week includes developers putting projects on hold for a variety of reasons, but I have chosen to focus on the largest reason, city costs.... As usual..
