My guests Tessa Whitfield and Victoria Webster have been running groups, eating psychology programs, workshops and support spaces together for the last two years. After much trial and error and learning what works and what doesn’t work, they have come together to build a community intended to help people connect with one another and make real changes in their relationships with food and eating. The idea for this community comes from a place of psychological research and evidence, but also because they both have personal experience on how powerful this kind of community can be.
