This week we needed a little uplift and the discussion of how to list a property in 2023 needed to be discussed. There are plenty of listings I am still seeing out there being posted which are clearly advertised with cell phone pictures and nothing else. It's insulting to the sellers of the homes (who clearly don't know better) and Realtors should simply know better. there are a variety of differently technologies at our disposal now and most agents simply are not using them. For the amount of money Real Estate costs now in addition to the amount of money realtors can make for selling it, there is no excuse. This is not a COMPLETE rundown of everything done by myself as a listing agent. There are additional case by case examples including negotiation, price adjustment strategies and timing strategies + more with has been left out here.
