You simply need to use leverage which saving your down payment or you will not have a chance of beating the statistics of a 20 year average savings window for a down payment to purchase your first home. If you are younger, there are places and account types that your parents can help with. There are government options available in the form of registered and non registered investment accounts. But you simply can't save your entire or the majority of your down payment in cash, many factors are working against you for this to make sense. I explain them all in this weeks video!
