This neighbourhood is the pinnacle of Vancouver Real Estate, offering amazing estates with amazing Lots & views. Not to mention, West Point Grey currently has the most expensive home in the country listed for sale at $59,900,000! The amenities in Point Grey Vancouver are also tough to compete with as similar to what we saw last week in Kitsilano, the entire northern edge of the neighbourhood is trumped by the Burrard Inlet. However the difference here is that the entire this in Point Grey consists of public beaches inlace of private home access only waterfront land.
