Chris Carney is a former Mooresville town Commissioner, Mayor, and served as a Senator of North Carolina 2011-2012. Our inaugural episode of the Welcome Home LKN Podcast features none other than real estate attorney Ben Thomas.Normally Ben will be the one asking the questions, but we wanted to put him in the hot seat to ask him about how he has seen the landscape of Mooresville, NC change over his 30 years of being here.Ben talks about how he moved to Mooresville with his family from Louisiana, went back to Louisiana for school at LSU, and then began practicing law back in Mooresville when he graduated from law school in 1989.Ben is an avid real estate investor and talks about the areas that he feels as though may be up and coming and areas that he would start looking into purchasing or building houses.Ben is also a strong supporter of local businesses, especially restaurants, and explains how the food scene has changed over time.Get to know a little more about Ben Thomas and how he has seen the Lake Norman real estate market change over is 30 years in the area.If you need any legal help in real estate, Ben would love to h
