Stop Destroying Your Future Right Now | Rick Jordan
11/09/2025 Duração: 16minTime for some tough love. These four areas will absolutely destroy your life if you let them. Maybe you're doing great right now. Share this with someone who isn't. Maybe you recognize yourself in these patterns. Either way this episode is a mirror you need to look into. These four areas connect to each other. Neglect health and you can't perform. Mismanage money and you can't invest in health or learning. Isolate socially and you lose support systems. Stop developing and everything stagnates. I've faced all of these at different times. The regret is real. But hanging onto regret keeps you stuck. Feel it. Process it. Then move forward. These patterns still try to pull at me. Travel makes health harder. Need to pack gym clothes intentionally. Money management requires constant attention. Social connections need nurturing. Learning never stops. Today can be the day you shift. Stop ruining your life in these four simple ways. Start building something better. Connect:Connect with Rick: https://linktr.ee/mrri

From Cold Calling to Millionaire | Spencer Lodge
09/09/2025 Duração: 35minSpencer Lodge blew my mind today. Top 100 most influential people in Dubai. Sales legend. Financial planning expert. This man built an empire on four simple steps that most people completely ignore. Spencer doesn't believe in cold calling. Says it's ridiculous. Waste of time. Instead he built a system that generated 45 referrals per week. Forty-five. Let that sink in. His approach is pure genius. Every prospect he meets gets asked for referrals whether they buy or not. Think about it. If you close four out of ten prospects what happens to the other six? Most salespeople walk away with nothing. Spencer walks away with referrals from all ten. That's the difference between average and legendary. His sales process is dead simple. Spencer spent 33 years overseas building wealth while others bought watches and cars for external validation. Now he focuses on teaching people the difference between assets and liabilities. Between security and restriction. Spencer chooses to hang around entrepreneurs and commission ear

Stop Giving Advice Nobody Asked For | Rick Jordan
04/09/2025 Duração: 11minMost people suck at supporting others. Yeah I said it. You want to help but you end up making things worse. You jump in with unsolicited advice. You minimize their feelings. You compare their situation to someone else's. Stop doing that. Stop trying to give them perspective. Stop saying "it was meant to happen" or "you're better off" or "God doesn't give you more than you can handle." That's not helping. That's minimizing their pain. Those phrases make people feel small and unheard. You want to help? Validate their feelings instead. Say "that sucks" or "I can't imagine how painful that is." You're not validating what they're feeling. You're validating their right to feel something. Their emotions matter. Their emotions don't need to be hidden. Don't compare their situation to anyone else's. Don't say "I've been there" or "this happened to my friend too." Their pain is theirs. Their situation is unique. If you want them to find examples, ask questions. "Do you know anyone who went through something similar? Ho

Make It, Keep It, Duplicate It | Philip Meranto
02/09/2025 Duração: 24minPhilip Moranto's story hit me different. Former pro skateboarder turned mindset coach. But this isn't your typical athlete success story. This is about surviving chaos and choosing to rebuild. Philip grew up in a world most of us can't imagine. Father had him at 47. Brothers in their 50s. Out till one in the morning as a kid with older crowds. Violence. Drugs. Crime. All before he was even a teenager. Skateboarding saved his life. Gave him structure when everything else was falling apart. Purpose when the world felt purposeless. But here's what most people don't know about pro sports. The window closes fast. Really fast. At 25 Philip was told he was too old to pursue skateboarding. Twenty-five. Let that sink in. Most of his buddies fell off the financial cliff after their careers ended. No plan. No preparation. No understanding of life after the sport. Philip watched talented people end up homeless. Saw legends struggling just to survive. That's when everything changed for him. Between 24 and 28 his world col

Gen Z Just Schooled Every Business Owner | Rick Jordan
28/08/2025 Duração: 12minGen Z just dropped some serious wisdom on all of us. Their top three restaurants blew my mind. Not because of what they picked. But because of what it reveals about what actually matters to customers. Chick-fil-A hit number one. Yeah you heard that right. Not McDonald's with tens of thousands of locations. Chick-fil-A with just 2,300 restaurants. And all the political bullshit that surrounds them didn't matter one bit. Because Gen Z gets it.Chick-fil-A at number one shows us something incredible. They have what I call checkpoint systems. Rhythms with their customers. You talk to four different people by the time you get your food. Each one focused on making your experience better. And at the end they don't say thank you. They say "My pleasure." Those two words change everything. Because it's not just transactional. It's relational. Here's what every business owner needs to understand. Politics don't pay your bills. Customers do. And customers want to feel taken care of. They want consistency. They want to kno

What Every Young Man Needs to Hear | Dennis Morolda
27/08/2025 Duração: 54minThis conversation with Dennis Morolda on Building Men hit differently. We went deep into what it means to become a man when life forces you to grow up fast. How losing my dad at 16 changed everything. And why the moment my uncle caught me running from the house became one of the most defining moments of my life. When Dad got leukemia everything changed. The day after he passed Mom came home. Went straight to my brother and sister. I knew. Bolted out the door. I felt completely alone. The one person who really understood me was gone. Didn't even know my Uncle Arden was there. He caught me in a bear hug as I was running. Said Rick you're the man of the house now. I asked why. He said I don't know. Those two words changed my life. I don't know. Not some made up answer. Not because I told you so. Just the honest truth that sometimes there are no answers. That validation in the moment of my confusion. Plus knowing I wasn't alone. He saw me. He understood me. He'd be there. Connect:Connect with Rick: https://l

Your Grind Decade | Rick Jordan
21/08/2025 Duração: 11minI was filming a TV show called Two-Minute Drill with David Meltzer last week. Pitch show format like Shark Tank but for pitching not funding. I was a guest judge alongside pro athletes and celebrities. One of them was Austin Eckler. Running back for the Los Angeles Chargers. And this dude's intensity blew me away. Austin's face was frozen in concentration the entire time. So intently listening to every pitch that they had to do reaction shots of him after because his expression never changed. You could see how he plays football just by watching him judge these pitches. That devotion to the moment. That intensity. It was insane to witness. After we wrapped Austin comes up to me. Starts asking about my life. Kids. Business. Sports. Then he hits me with this question. What's your biggest financial tip for me. I'm like excuse me. Here's a dude making millions of dollars a year in the NFL asking me for financial advice. And I found out he's only 27 years old. What really struck me was when Austin said he lov

Synthetic Data, Real Protection | Shayra Melo
19/08/2025 Duração: 30minThis conversation blew me away. Shyra Melo is 27 years old. First generation Colombian-American. And tomorrow she's ringing the bell at the Chicago Board of Trade as part of a company going public. But here's the kicker. Six years ago she was just a 21-year-old who heard about this Bitcoin thing on the news and decided to invest. Shyra's journey started when she kept hearing about Bitcoin everywhere. Financial advisors were telling her it would never grow. She decided to ignore them and invest anyway. That curiosity about crypto led her deeper into blockchain technology. She started understanding the real value wasn't in the coins but in the underlying tech. The chains. The propositions. The actual problems they were solving. Then she met Jason Melo. Her now husband and CTO who founded Paxo. She had a vision for privacy solutions on blockchain. He was working at a unicorn company and wasn't sure about leaving for another startup. But the vision was there. They saw the opportunity to create something different

What You Look For Is What You Find | Rick Jordan
14/08/2025 Duração: 10minYou know those people who are always looking for trouble. Always finding bad relationships. Can't hold a job. Seem to repeat the same terrible patterns week after week month after month year after year. Maybe that's you right now. Maybe you're thinking you can't find the right job. Can't find a good relationship. Wondering why all the good people are taken. Here's what's really happening. You've trained your brain in a negative way to go looking for these things. Maybe it's based on trauma. Maybe it's from one bad experience that convinced you all experiences in that situation will be the same. Maybe you just had some bad luck a couple times and now you think that's how life works. You've created this story. Playing this movie in your mind where you already know the ending. Your thoughts train your brain to see what you want to see in your life. When you create space to think about the right outcomes over and over your brain starts influencing your actions. That's intention. You have to create this space to c

A Cowgirl from Colorado | Cheryl Hunter
12/08/2025 Duração: 50minThis conversation shook me. Cheryl Hunter is a cowgirl from Colorado who was kidnapped as a teenager. Instead of letting that trauma define her she turned it into her mission. Now she's a four-time TED talk speaker who helps mission-driven experts gain audiences of millions through major media. But her journey to get there is what will blow your mind. After being abducted Cheryl spent over a decade hiding what happened to her. Pretending it never occurred. When she told her mom she was depressed her mom said go help someone who has it worse than you. So Cheryl started volunteering at elder care facilities. She met Holocaust survivors. War veterans. People who had been through unthinkable adversity. Some were hardened for life. Others lived happy productive lives. She started breaking down what worked and what didn't. Created a framework for overcoming adversity. The first time she shared her story publicly was terrifying. She worried people would see how dirty and ruined she was. Worried they'd ask why she di

The Walt Disney Formula | Rick Jordan
07/08/2025 Duração: 12minI've got Walt Disney's stock certificate hanging on my wall in my office. One share. Beautiful certificate with all the characters and Walt right in the middle. But it's not there because I'm a Disney fanboy. It's there because of the quote at the bottom. My favorite quote in the world. "The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing." This is where we all get stuck. Not even kidding. The getting started part. I was speaking to over a hundred chiropractors last week. One woman had just spoken at Funnel Hacking Live in front of 5,000 people. Invited by Russell Brunson himself. And she's telling me she feels stuck. Doesn't know her next steps. I'm like you just spoke at FHL and you think you're stuck. Open your eyes. But here's the thing. People can plan. Even worse people can over plan. You listening right now can over plan things. And you do it every damn day. You overthink stuff. You over plan stuff and it keeps you from moving forward. Whether it's implementing something new at your business or s

Your Words Create Your World | Darren Jacklin
05/08/2025 Duração: 28minThis conversation blew me away. My friend and mentor Darren Jacklin was back in the studio. And this dude has lived a life that most people wouldn't believe. Homeless. On welfare. R9 credit rating which is the worst you can get. Special education from grade 1 to grade 12. Never went to college or university. Most people would have bet against him ever amounting to anything. Fast forward to today. Multi-millionaire. Has rung the closing bell at NASDAQ three times. Independent director at EXP Realty with 90,000 agents. Taking another company public this week. And he's got over 7,000 written documented goals with a target to hit 10,000. But the most incredible part isn't the business success. It's the personal transformation. We talked about personal promises versus goals. How he doesn't manage people but manages people's promises. Why all we are as human beings is a network of conversations. And how strangers have everything you want, need and desire in your life. The key is making requests and keeping promises

Get Out of Your Own Head | Rick Jordan
01/08/2025 Duração: 10minSome truths hit differently. These four will change your life. Get you unstuck. Help you bring closure to scenarios that have been eating at you. And get you out of your own head once and for all. How do you break out of that? Make a choice. Do something different. Instead of blaming that person, choose to change whatever you have power over. Take back that power. When you take action. When you change behaviors. You are no longer a victim. These truths should hit hard because they will change your life. Listen to this again and again. At least three more times. Watch the amazing weight be lifted off you. The Oldest Brother Who Found His Own Lane | JR Butler
29/07/2025 Duração: 24minThis conversation hit different. JR Butler went from Division I hockey at Holy Cross to building a company that got acquired by IBM for $2 billion. But the path wasn't straight. And it definitely wasn't easy. JR's story starts in a bar after a men's league hockey game. He was planning to go to law school. Study for the LSAT. Take the traditional route. Then he met a guy who owned a VAR who told him technology was the future. Guaranteed him he could make a quarter million in three years. JR said screw it. Decided to try tech sales instead of studying for the LSAT. By his third day he knew this was what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. But here's where it gets real. JR grew up as the oldest of three boys. All three played Division I hockey. One of his brothers was an Olympic athlete who played in the NHL. When JR asked his dad when he knew his brother Bobby would make the NHL his dad said he knew when Bobby was seven. That creates a dynamic. The naturally gifted kid gets the attention. The oldest learn

Trust Is Given, Not Earned | Rick Jordan
24/07/2025 Duração: 10minYou know that sick feeling in your gut when you're talking to someone and nothing you do feels right. You feel boxed in. Cornered. Like you're walking on eggshells constantly. That's emotional manipulation. And it's happening to you more than you think. I've been studying psychology because it ties directly into my work with insider threats and cyber security. Human behavior plays pivotal roles in everything we do. And some people use these psychological tactics to control others. Today I'm calling out four major signs of emotional manipulation so you can recognize them and fight back. Here's the reality. Once you recognize these patterns it becomes your responsibility to change them. Don't expect the manipulator to change. You have to set the boundaries. You have to say "I'm not okay with this. I prefer to talk through this. Don't hold me in my past. I'm living in the present now." And sometimes you might have to change that person completely if they won't respect your boundaries. Stop accepting emotional ma

Real Wealth Doesn’t Need To Flex | Daniel Tolson
22/07/2025 Duração: 38minThis conversation blew me away. Daniel Tolson is a three-time Australian wakeboarding champion who started his coaching business in his grandmother's spare bedroom. And here's the kicker. The dude doesn't even own a car. Takes yellow taxis everywhere because he'd rather spend quality time with his family than lose hours driving. We went deep on authenticity versus fake flexing. You know those coaches posting selfies in front of Lamborghinis they don't own? Daniel's the complete opposite. When he started coaching he could only afford to catch the bus. All his money went into educating himself. Retooling like any good builder would. And he was honest about it with his clients. Drove his mom's car and didn't hide it. This episode is about authenticity. Real success versus fake success. Building something meaningful instead of just looking successful. Daniel's living proof that you can impact million-dollar businesses without owning a single luxury item. Because real leaders don't need props to prove their worth.

The Art of Seeing Potential | Rick Jordan
18/07/2025 Duração: 12minLeadership isn't about being the one on stage. It's not about the spotlight or having people look at you all the time. Real leadership is about carrying the emotional weight of everyone around you. And bringing value to their lives because you genuinely want to see them light up. I've been drawn to leadership since I was 10 years old. Asked to teach Sunday school in sixth grade because I had something to say. Something that could help people. That's the right motivation. Not to be in charge. But to bring value. To see someone's potential shift because of the awareness you helped them gain. But here's what they don't tell you about leadership. You carry everyone else's emotions. The difficult people. The resistant ones. The emotionally distraught. The ones who don't have the same depth of awareness you have. And it's your job to show them the way out. Not shove them. Guide them. Today I'm breaking down three ways to lead difficult people that actually work. First way. Lead according to their dream. Not your vis

Find Your Genius | Mike Zeller
08/07/2025 Duração: 47minI sat down with Mike Zeller, and this conversation blew my mind. This dude has generated over $100 million in revenue across 16 different endeavors. Fashion, real estate, automotive, marketing, coaching - you name it, he's crushed it. But here's what really got me fired up about Mike - he's spent 447 hours with Tony Robbins and has cracked the code on finding your genius within. Mike breaks down the real talk about relationships and how they either give you life or death. No middle ground. He walks through his system for identifying the top 10 people who could change your life if you spent more time with them. That's not Instagram coach bullshit - that's a real strategy that works. We dive deep into the three biggest saboteurs of your dreams: unhealed trauma, perfectionism, and procrastination. Mike calls perfectionism and procrastination "evil twin sisters" and shows you how to break free using the 80% approach. This isn't about playing small anymore. Mike introduces the concept of "small-itis" - the disease

Choice Over Reaction | Rick Jordan
03/07/2025 Duração: 15minThis episode hit me different. Sometimes you need to slow down and get real about what's holding you back. Three lessons that changed my perspective completely. First lesson hurts the most. Leave people where they are. Yeah I know that stings. You want everyone you care about to grow with you. To level up when you level up. But here's what I learned the hard way. Some people aren't ready. They're clinging to comfort. To familiarize. To easy. You can't make that choice for them. You'll waste your energy trying to drag people forward who don't want to move. Focus that energy on yourself. On the people who do want to grow. Second lesson is about accepting situations for what they are. Not giving up your power. Not saying "it is what it is" like some victim. But understanding what you can and can't control. You can't change other people. Period. But you can always change your situation. Always. You have that power. Third lesson will save your sanity. Not every action needs a reaction. You're like water hitting a
