As Christians...followers of Christ...we are part of the awesome creation of God: the church! We have a calling from God that glorifies him but also gives our lives meaning and purpose. We do this all for Jesus!

You are witnesses, and so is God, of how holy, righteous and blameless we were among you who believed. For you know that we dealt with each of you as a father deals with his own children, encouraging, comforting and urging you to live lives worthy of God, who calls you into his kingdom and glory.

The disciples were discouraged following their failures leading up to the cross but Jesus wanted to restore them and remind them of the importance of following him even in times of disappointment.

The truth and the bond we have in Christ is a precious thing and needs to be protected from those who would seek to damage and even destroy it.

Mother's Day is a time to celebrate mothers and the amazing role they play in our lives., but it's also a time to be reminded of God's perfect plan for the families and marriages!

The Christian life is to be lived in community with others who will impact your life as you impact theirs. One amazing way in which we can have a positive impact on others is in the way we encourage and edify them.

In Christ, we have an amazing purpose and mission that will have implications for all of eternity. Our greatest fulfillment in life is to live our lives according to the purpose Christ has given to us.
