This week I bring you a very special podcast with Long Island native and a very talented musician Ray McGale.  On this episode Ray brought over his acoustic guitar and played a few Jams for us as I accompanied him on the Djembe. This week I connected with co-worker, friend and fellow Arctic Warrior Nick Martineau.   Nick is a not only a skilled carpenter and an adventurer but also one of the select few Arctic Warrior veterans on this planet.   Every winter Nick and I along with a group of die hard gentleman travel to upstate New York for a winter camping trip filled with exclusive meats and liquors.
