Over and over again, Jesus proved Himself as the Son of God, come to save the world. Who do you believe Jesus to be? Pastor Noel Jesse Heikkinen reminds us that God has proven Himself to us in Jesus. Jesus became sin, and all the evil of the world, in order to save us.

Jesus is not only the Son of God, but the Lord over all Creation. Do you believe that truth? Young Yi shares that while knowing who Jesus is is important, that knowledge isn't the end of it. We must know why we believe in Him. In faith, we place our hope in Jesus because of the sacrifice He made on the cross, conquering sin, satan, and death. It is in believing this truth that we can be a part of the family of God through Jesus.

We have lots of short little statements of beliefs surrounding us and in Christianity we also tend to pick and choose what we want to believe in Christianity. What is it that you believe as true? Pastor Noel Jesse Heikkinen starts our series in the Apostles’ Creed by reminding us that our belief is not our opinion, rather it is us staking our lives and eternity on something that is true whether someone else believes in it or not.

As followers of Christ we are called to live in peace with those who differ from us, but that doesn't mean it's always easy. How do you engage those who have different beliefs and perspectives from you? Frank Tan encourages us to pursue peace by recognizing our own blindspots, listening before speaking, and seeing things from other perspectives.

It is unity within diversity that defines the Church. Do you view yourself and others who are different from you as united under the Gospel of Jesus? Pastor Tony Pyle closes out our series in Romans by reminding us that nothing else comes close to the worth and value of the Gospel in our lives.

To be a Christ follower is to believe that Jesus is King and His work on the cross is what makes us right with God. It is that truth that gives our life a new purpose. How have you let God change your mission in life? Pastor Tony Pyle reminds us that as believers we are called to be present in the lives of the people and in the communities where God has placed us.

The health of a church is seen in our interactions and posture towards one another. Do you openly welcome and accept others into this church family? Young Yi reminds us that the beauty of the Gospel is that it doesn’t discriminate; the Gospel is for everyone to believe. We can be united within the church through the power of the Holt Spirit.
