This past week in the Divisional Round featured a lot of NFL matchups that resulted in close final scores. They also offered some interesting things to talk about going into the AFC and NFC Championships. Adam, Brandan and Gerrad are joined by Ross this week to recap some of the biggest moments from the Wild Card round before getting into the Divisional round matchups. Only two games with consensus picks this week among the crew, and that's the winner of the Broncos matchup with the Steelers as well as the matchup between the Packers and Cardinals. The guys talk about some of the coaching hires around the league, the Rams are on their way back to Los Angeles, and it doesn't sound like Robert Griffin or Johnny Manziel aren't coming back to their respective teams next season. With the regular seasons now behind us, we move on the playoffs. As the season goes from 16 games a week down to four, Adam, Brandan and Gerrad spend a bit more time looking at possible outcomes of each game. With only two weeks left in the regular season, there's going to be very little time to make up ground in pick'em leagues going into the playoffs. There are some exciting games on the schedule this week as playoff teams are beginning to shake out. Only four weeks of games remain on the schedule. Could the NFL manage to give us just a couple more late games this week. All we get is two and it's a choice between a couple of teams who are heavily favored in the picks? We talk about the status of Chip Kelly and if he saved his job by beating the Patriots. Also, why it's so hard to pick against some 5-7 teams who just can't be counted on to beat bad teams. The third quarter of the regular season is complete and only five weeks remain in the NFL season before the playoffs. Several exciting games on the schedule this week. Adam, Brandan and Gerrad run down this week's NFL games for week 12 and offer their thoughts on each of the matchups.  Three Thanksgiving games kick of the week and there isn't much agreement despite the Packers playing at home and the Panthers continuing their undefeated streak. On Sunday, there are a lot of teams right around the .500 mark playing one another which makes for some interesting games. The standout games of the week are the Vikings and Falcons. The Falcons need to bounce back and get off their losing streak if they hope to stay in the playoff race. The Broncos vs. Patriots matchup pits a New England team that is struggling to stay healthy against a quarterback making just his second start for the Broncos. Can Tom Brady beat a steller Broncos defense with a dwindling number of weapons? One winner stood out this week and we have a new leader among the group. It feels like we're saying it almost every week at this point, but this was the worst week of the entire season with nobody making it above the 100 point mark for their weekly picks.  Tune in to see if you'll be better off flipping a coin for picks this week. We talk about the catch rule, why a mother feels like she needs to avert her daughters eyes from Cam Newton and Trent Dilfer's thoughts on the state of the NFL.

It was a tough week for everyone for picks, well everyone except for two people in the league. We finally get to hear from Gerrad this week following the Broncos loss to the Colts. Brandan has a surprise pick as to which one of the undefeated teams to go down. Adam has a rant supporting an NFL player who faces a felony charge for some of his actions in an opposing team’s stadium. The beer this week is the Bayern Groomer. There are a lot of German words in the description, so that’s how you can tell it’s good. But Brandan eventually has to throw in the towel during Adam’s description.

We’re up to the midpoint of the season and talking about our picks for Week 9 of the NFL season. No Gerrad this week, but there aren’t many negative things for Adam and Brandan to say about the Broncos this week. Instead the guys speculate on which team might win the terrible AFC South and the record they could have at the end of the season.  They also run down the Carolina Panthers schedule as that team looks to remain undefeated against the Green Bay Packers this week. With the report that military services paid NFL teams for Salute to Service events, Brandan notes there is some detail missing as to whether some of these contracts were for legitimate marketing and recruiting purposes while Adam is entirely uncomfortable based on principle. Either Gerrad recognizes he may have been a bit too harsh on the Seahawks to this point or maybe he’s just satisfied with his performance in picks last week.
