Rosh Chodesh (the new moon) is a time marker for honest self-examination and goal setting. Each new cycle is a chance to look back without self-condemnation, learn from what happened, and plan specific changes going forward. Life is framed as a transformational process with a clear target: becoming like Yeshua, measured in seven interconnected areas—spiritual, financial, physical health, relationships, mental health, emotional health, and community.
