Sinopse

Conscious Convos is a place of real topics, real people and real conversation. It is a playground in which the 'unconventional', the esoteric, the misunderstood and not understood can be explored. It is a platform in which at times science and spirituality will intersect, and at times not at all. It is a place in which practicality and ancient wisdom merge. A place in which at times certain topics may trigger you, at times challenge your current paradigm of thinking. A place in which, you will be reminded to be kinder to yourself, but also to get real with your own bullsh*t, in order to finally get out of your own damn way.Join me on this journey in exploring the topics of Health. Relationships. The SELF. Mindset. Consciousness. Psychedelics. Mental health. Sex. Mindfulness. Spirituality. New paradigms of thinking and living. We are about to have some serious fun!
