Life Verses

God, in his kindness, often provides a verse or passage from the Bible to help guide or encourage those who call him Lord (and sometimes to challenge them.) In Life Verses we explore the passages that have captured the imagination of a variety of Elmwood people and well hear their story - how Gods word has impacted their day-to-day life - sometimes provoking significant changes of career or location; sometimes providing comfort when individuals face major struggles; or simply by becoming a watchword to live by and an anchor point to return to when life is most confusing. The Elmwood Church series Life Verses is recorded live at Elmwood Church in Salford during the Sunday services. The speakers vary each week and cover a range of topics, following a common theme for approximately 3 months at a time.
