Episode 14 We devote a nice chunk of the show talking about the "play to win" models employed Star Citizen and Warhammer 40k along with the extreme amounts of money for virtual goods. Is this good or bad for the industry? Is it good or bad - long term - for the game developers. We discuss this slipper slope at length. Then we talk movies and television ranging from Aquaman and Game of Thrones to a Chubby Nathion Filion and Orange is the New Black. Episode 13 So much going on in just over an hour. Halt and Catch Fire, Silicon Valley, Orange is the New Black and we find out that Dustin is a recovering True Blood fan! Episode 12 Another belated episode but it is a good one. Ron records from a boxcar... i mean his new unfurnished apartment complete with milk crate, bedroll and a can of beans. We cover a lot of ground in the movies and television arena including why SyFy sucks so bad now, we detail the Verizon and Netflix romance, cover lots of game talk and both Ron and Dustin make Rich feel bad about the size of his... internet bandwidth. Episode 9 We are on our best behavior with papers showing as Police Officer and fellow podcaster Kevin Andreen joins the Nitro Geek Radio crew. We cover so much ground in just under 90 minutes that I am sure I am missing something. That said we do an entertaining quasi AMA on law enforcement and ask Kevin why his Doomhammer is not always present in his squad car. Episode 8 Lots going in episode 8 as we review the Game of Thrones "Purple Wedding" at length which leads us to a lively discussion on the future of on demand and streaming media. Dustin posits that Comcast and other cable providers are the incarnation of evil. We also debate the Aereo TV court case and speculate on its impact before we finally get into some games. This week Rich plays Diablo 3, FTL, OOTP15 and explains how he hit the Wii motherload while Dustin tells us about his ESO experiences before we close out the show with an informative iPhone versus Android session where Dustin convinces us that the HTC One M8 is a clear favorite over the Samsung Galaxy S5  Join us in the conversation!
