Mr.  Prosper Paris is a cultural officer attached to the department of  Kalinago Affairs in the ministry of environment rural, modernization and  Kalinago uplifting. He's also the coordinator of the Kalinago Events  Committee. Mr.  Donalson Frederick is the Development officer in the Department of  Kalinago Affairs.
