Bill, the owner of North Central Hobby, an old school hobby shop in Overland Missouri, was kind enough to sit down with us and share over 30 years of insight, ingenuity, and downright brilliance. He touches on RC cars, slot cars, model rockets/planes and gets into the darker parts of the hobby as well. He shares how he saved his store with a gamble during the recession, and is even so kind as to share the one secret that it takes to create a successful business.
