Melissa Cory is an occupational therapist and the mother of four grown children, one of which was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Melissa is a board member for Spirit League, a special needs sports league in Orange County, CA. The league, offering several sports for ages 6-30, aims to foster self-esteem, enhance social skills, and build friendships. Participating families can strengthen relationships, provide support, and develop community.
