What a valuable episode this turned out to be, I actually reached out to this athlete after we worked one on one and asked permission to put this as a leverage series because of how valuable I thought it would be for her not only athletes but for so many others. We cannot watch highlight reels of others lives in sports in on Facebook. There are those who struggle to stay in the present moment because of what they say. Make sure you are constantly monitoring what you say out loud and you will see how that will affect your life and what you’re paying attention to.
