Interview With Myself

Welcome to the fifth episode of the new original podcast “Interview With Myself”. In this episode, I interview The Stories In My Head and yes, there is much more than one of them. I have many stories that are present in my head on a daily basis, most of them are about how my life suck and how I don’t have anything going for me. I invited 3 of them (out of many) to come on and answer the very important questions: Why are they in my head all the time? Why do I believe them so much? And of course, can I get rid of them. All questions I’m sure you would like to know the answers to. They are loud and annoying, just like they are in my head, but they provided me with some good and interesting information about who they are? Why do they exist? And what should we do with them?
