In this episode "Adult-ish", host Afiya A. is joined by co-host Vincent Bernard to do a call back to 'Ep. 25: FAD #22 — Giving Yourself Time to Grieve Relationships Like an Adult-ish' and our dear Vincent takes the reins to talk about his experience with grief and mourning. Dubbing this episode an "Adult-ish Quickie," Vincent speaks to a recent loss of his and the thoughts behind having to grieve a loss in its entirety — from the physical loss to the emotional gap that death and/or the end of a relationship brings. In this moment of pure vulnerability, Vincent takes listeners on a transitive journey as he processes the death of a loved one, talks to the respect of allowing individuals time to process a loss, and then learning how to move on. Relationships may end, either through death or change of circumstance, but it's always important to take the time to grieve the situation.
