He previously competed for Great Britain in flat-water sprint canoeing and is currently training to be a part of the US National Rowing Team. He plans to compete in his sport (and represent the US) at the 2020 Olympics. An avid food lover of all things Paleo- enjoys creating Paleo alternatives to the food he loves.
