Joe Anderson is a pastor in Englewood who, with a group of pastors, prayed regularly for the city.  They approached various city officials including the police chief to find out first-hand what concerned city officials the most.  What resulted was “Change the Trend,” a network of more than 40 faith-based organizations, social non-profits, and officials from several municipalities in the south metro area working together to lessen the negative impacts of homelessness.
