In leadership, example is everything and what we model is what will be replicated within our teams and with our children. In this seminar we hear from a panel of kids pastors from a variety of settings about how to best set a culture to see their teams and children thrive. We look at ways of recruiting, encouraging and resourcing our teams and how effective leadership looks to maximise other peoples potential through creating a community and a family.
