We read the divisive New Teen Titans (Vol 2) Annual #3, featuring the debut of Danny Chase. Is this the issue where the Titans series "jumps the shark," as in starts going downhill after introducing a new character? Or does it "jump the shark," as in it does something rad, like jumping over a shark on a motorcycle?
