This podcast is intended to help you find that THING (or things) to motivate you to get on track and stay on track towards a healthy, fit, and active lifestyle. 269# and unhealthy a few years ago - 199# and healthier than EVER now, I know a few things about making massive changes towards better health. Some of us are already motivated and doing well. Others get on track for a while, then repeat the pattern of falling off, both with exercise and dietary lifestyle (can't tell you how many times I did this). I'll give you a few things to think about and share my story with you on how I finally got on track and what I do to STAY on track! Towards the end, it gets a little "hard hitting" but that's because I'm stating the cold, hard reality for what many with experience if they don't do something NOW!
