Mid-west Farm Report - Madison

The Wisconsin delegation attending the American Farm Bureau Federation's 100th Anniversary convention in New Orleans got shot down Tuesday in an effort to investigate supply management plans for the dairy industry.  Jim Holte, WI Farm Bureau President, says it's always difficult to try and get change on national policy, but he thought the state made a good argument.
