Reality Check With Craig Price

Alan Cerny (@NordlingCS on twitter) joins host Craig Price to discuss their 2017 Oscar Predictions.  It’s Season 7! It wouldn’t be Reality Check if the season didn’t start with the Oscars.  Craig and Alan predict their choices for the 2017 Academy Awards, why the Oscars seemed to come down to about 7 movies, why someone should have or shouldn't have been nominated as well as who they think WILL win and who they think SHOULD win. Craig rails against La-La-Land, especially Ryan Gosling, Alan talk about the importance of a movie like Moonlight, they argue if Elle was a mansplaining movie and they both plug their new spin-off podcast, Matinee Heroes. Each February, past guest and friend of the show, Thom Singer has his annual fundraiser for the Kate Singer Endowment for Cranio-Facial Research.
