Patricia NOEL is from France. She has been living in Tokyo for about 21 years and is married with two girls. Ever since coming to Japan she's been teaching French as a Foreign Language. This is the job she's always wanted to do as a way to combine her liking for the French language and her wish to travel the world....Well, she thought she would travel the world more, but she stopped in Japan !
