Nothing recharges your metal batteries quite like a brilliant live performance - and when you're lucky enough to see several over the course of a weekend, you feel like you could snort your own loogies. Such was the case this past weekend, sans loogies - let's face it, nobody can touch Travis Ryan on that. Between Vapor Fest at The Black Sheep and Summer Slaughter at The Ogden, it was one of the best weekends for metal in recent memory. We heard from Jared on Vapor Fest bands Tree Of Woe, Kill Syndicate, Betrayal, Reflections, Within The Ruins (including interview with vocalist Tim Goergen), Oceano, and All Shall Perish who never disappoints.
