This Month in AJN – June 2019 monthly highlightsJune 2019Editor-in-chief Shawn Kennedy and clinical editor Betsy Todd present the highlights of the June issue of AJN. In our first CE, “Understanding the Complications of Sickle Cell Disease,” the authors discuss the genetic, hematologic, and clinical features of sickle cell disease, the major associated health complications, and the nursing implications of each complication.
