It's mind-blowing that this year is almost over, and we're preparing yet for another year.  In 2021, I've experienced a lot of growth, pain, revelations, and some major life transitions. One major thing that recently happened is that my mother apologized for abandoning me when I was a child. Her apology was a complete shock to my nervous system, and I'm reminded of how much change can happen in a year. Doing the work is essential to your growth journey, and I am a beautiful example that it works.
