Who is the baptism of the Holy Spirit for? Who gets to lay hands on the sick and watch them recover? Was it just Jesus? Did it include his apostles? Throughout the New Testament, the Holy Spirit moved through any and all born again believers who did what Jesus commanded in preaching the good news to their Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth.
