This week, I really want to dive into decision fatigue. What do I mean by that? Well, as a business owner, it’s critical for you to really decide in your business and take action. So, the reason why I’m talking about this today is because one of my clients was experiencing ‘decision fatigue,’ week after week. It just seemed like the same problem was coming up for her over and over again. I know it was making her tired and frustrated. Then it hit me. I really needed to push her to decide, push her to make a decision, on this issue that kept haunting her week after week. I know some of you are facing the same problem my client is facing. You have to make the decision not to be frustrated anymore. You have to let it go and not allow it to continue. As a business owner, you cannot afford not to make a decision.
