Know Fear With Tony Blauer

I cannot believe how many people messaged me when Anthony Smith had the home invasion fight. So many people tagged me in the story. I didn't reply because at the time I was working on trying to interview him for the KNOW FEAR PODCAST but wasn't sure we would make it happen. We finally linked up today and I think you're gonna enjoy this talk. We cover a lot, from his personal feelings, specifically what was going in his mind during the fight. I shared thoughts on how 'emotional & psychological' systems affect energy & skill.  I wanted to help him (and anyone who wants to listen) understand that when the rules change the skills change.  Just because you're skilled in one arena doesn't mean it is easily transferable to another arena -being a skilled martial artist doesn't secure or ensure victory in a real street attack.  I share this for your own safety.
