Nate's Take With Nate Rossetti

Nate explains why having leadership at the top is crucial and he says that leadership at the top and culture go hand-in-hand. He credits Chicago's run to the World Series as a result of a positive culture change and leadership at the top that trickles down throughout the organization. He explains that successful people in positions of power always have a blue print and know the organization before they come in and he says we need to move away from national searches and look within our own communities.
