Marie-Elizabeth has such a profoundly cool story of being a woman who really bought, what she calls, the inherited life.  She lived how so many of us do, the right job, marriage and lifestyle, looking to activities and behaviors outside herself that failed to bring the kind of soul satisfaction and embodied life she was truly craving.  Marie-Elizabeth discusses how fully she has changed her approach to her body & health and how multiple injuries required her to really stop and consider how she was relating to her body and how she could transform that behavior in a way that genuinely had her feel connected and alive.   Marie-Elizabeth is a life coach I coach for women, working to bring out their true selves and allowing that to design their lives instead of living an inherited life that doesn't fit who they are and having to split themselves in order to survive.
