In this week’s episode I had the great pleasure of interviewing Dr. Aniko Ball who is a dentist in Melbourne, Australia. After decades of working with chronic neck and back pain issues, Dr. Aniko got passionate about ergonomics and founded Optimum Dental Posture which is a course and seminar that she runs several time per year. Optimum Dental Posture's mission is to reduce the incidence of occupational musculoskeletal disorders in dentistry and to send a message of hope to dentists for recovery and prevention of pain and discomfort. And she was super generous with her time and knowledge in this episode sharing a lot of valuable information about posture, ergonomics and dental loupes.
