Writer Maggie Serota returns to join Nick and Lars for an episode of The Mysterious Cities of Gold, an early '80s Japanese / French animated series about 16th century South America that was broadcast on Nickelodeon through the '80s. The episode that we watched was about a Spanish vagabond named Mendoza stealing a cannon and then getting nearly executed.
