Take time for healthy morning and afternoon snacks, like veggies and hummus, fresh fruit, nuts, yogurt, etc. Work in a lunch break to relax and refuel—Combine a basic protein with carbs, fresh fruits or veggies, nuts, and seeds) The bottom line is that you must take good care of yourself in order to take good care of your clients!
