Today’s guest is Indu Sharma. Indu is a yoga instructor at the Parmarth Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh, India. She has a diploma in yoga and naturopathy, a masters degree in yoga, yogic science and human consciousness, and also a PHD in yoga.
