  Greetings Rainbow Warriors and beinvenue from France. I had hoped to get this episode out while I was still in California, but I was forced to surrender to the fact that between technical issues with computers and some files, in addition to my heavy schedule of moving out of my place in LA and teaching while in California , it simply wasn’t possible. I taught a community healing event in my beloved Ojai to help with healing after the fires, and I presented my “Yoga Starts in the Kitchen” workshop at the Lightning in a  Bottle Festival. That was my 4th year in a row at the Learning Kitchen and it’s always a joy to present at this event.
