Theresa Laster joined MDOT MTA back when the agency was called the Mass Transit Administration in 1974 and she is the longest-serving female employee. A lot has changed since Theresa joined MDOT MTA as a bus operator, from no power steering on buses to Light RailLink and SubwayLink services.
