In this episode, Ryan and I discuss how to get started using board games in your classroom as a learning tool that enables a student's connection and understanding of the content and the lesson.  We identify important elements of instructional design as they relate to using board games as teaching tools: purpose, validity, and assessment.  Also, we both explain the mistakes and obstacles that we've faced and made during this process.
