Both men are the founders of the speakers bureau, Black Men Speak. The members of Black Men Speak deliver speeches and talks about mental health and share their own stories of recovery.  Host Jenee Darden speaks with Gigi Crowder, Ethnic Services Manager for Alameda County Behavioral Healthcare services; and Black Men Speak members Joe Anderson and Kenneth Davis.
