In today's episode I present Day 5 of the 6 Days to a Stronger Core Challenge. Hopefully by now you have had the opportunity to see how changing things up and challenging yourself not only physically but by changing some nutritional habits really can make a huge difference in your transformation.  Day 5's challenge has two parts to it as well.
