There is a lot emphasis on setting goals these days ( i.e lose 20 pounds) and then follow a program ( i.e. a diet plan or dvd workout) to achieve those goals.  If this is you I want to ask you a simple question. How is that working for you?  In today's episode I present to you an entirely different approach. This approach is not based on setting lofty goals or following some new workout plan but it focuses on an entirely different approach.  Some people call it habit based and others call it practice based.
