Ditch the block!  In the day of social media we have allowed blocking and deleting to become the way to close a relationship, whether friendship or a romantic relationship.  However, that is not closure.  The need for cognitive closure, also known as NFCC, is a psychological term that describes the necessity for a firm answer and aversion towards ambiguity.  In this episode we discuss the emotional damage that blocking someone can cause, why blocking makes a person feel empowered and tips to close appropriately.
